Goods once sold are not available for exchange or return on the portal. It is very important that the customers carefully examine the condition of the goods on receipt of parcel. Any damage that is reported after the receipt of the parcel is not eligible for return or exchange.
While we take utmost care to avoid any damage possible, we understand that certain situations are not under control and can cause damage to the product. We do cover such damages and are willing to accommodate the same. But, customers are advised to carefully read the terms and conditions before demanding the same. Only certain products and specific conditions are covered under this rule and will be entertained by Evergreen Golf India.
The return policy details the different products and conditions that are eligible for exchange. Even in these cases, customers will have to take care to ensure that the products and required documents are submitted in exact order.
All products displayed on the website are the best possible creative representation. We try to ensure that the product is as close to the real picture as possible. However, if the customer finds any discrepancy whatsoever, he or she can report it to our customer care team. We assure you that the matter will be investigated by our team and required corrective action will be taken.
Any damage induced by the customer purposefully or unintentionally, will not be covered under the policy. If we find the damage is purposefully done, we are not liable to provide any reimbursement or replacement.
However, all manufacturing defects are covered and we will ensure that it is taken care of. For all manufacturing defects, customers are instructed to give back the defected product along with required bills and papers to the address mentioned below. Courier charges will have to be borne by the customer in this case. But, these charges can be claimed back at a later stage if the investigation proves that the damage is a manufacturing defect.
Any product sent for return will not be entertained until the required bill and documents are sent with it. All customers are required to take note of this. Also, any return or exchange request must be registered within seven days of receipt of product by the customer. If the return or exchange request reaches our team after this time period will not be entertained. Also, the delay, if any, will not be the responsibility of our team.
Any return / exchange request once received will be acknowledged by our team. While we try to clear the request as soon as possible, if the verification or investigation takes time, we are not liable. Also, any manufacturing defect has to be confirmed by the manufacturer and only then will we be able to generate a refund or replacement request. All requests are cleared within 7 to 15 working days of receipt.
